Harvard Club Summer 2016 BBQ/Potluck
Annual Welcome Event
The Harvard Club of Nevada welcomes new and current Harvard alumni and familes to a welcome bbq/pot luck dinner on Saturday, August 13, 2016, 6:00-9:00pm. Claire Stuart Roth, '74, has graciously opened her Summerlin home to us for this new year social. During this event, we will be updating alumni on our website, membership, and planning for the upcoming year. Please join us for the kickoff to your academic year with the Club.

The chefs will once again provide burgers (beef & veggie), hotdogs (kosher beef), and non-alcoholic beverages. [We will add beer & wine if those attending let us know.] We ask everyone attending to bring either a side dish, salad, or dessert for six people.
Volunteers are needed to assist with planning future events, so please come and help make this event, and our club, successful.

2 green salads [COMPLETED]
2 other sides [COMPLETED]
2 fruit salads [COMPLETED]
2 cookies/brownies/ cupcakes/ pies etc [COMPLETED]
4 six-packs of beer [COMPLETED]
1 bottle of red wine [STILL NEEDED]
4 2-liter bottles soda [COMPLETED]
4 2-liter bottles diet soda [STILL NEEDED]
In your RSVP email, you can tell us your preferred side dish and the names of those attending (for adults' name tags). Families with children are welcome! Once we have your RSVP, we will reply with Claire's home address.
