Leaders in Training is a local college access non-profit organization that supports first-generation students attending East Las Vegas high schools. Founded and run by Erica V. Mosca, Ed.M. '11, LIT provides educational and leadership programs to motivated, high achieving students preparing for college. Alumni members are encouraged to support these young scholars by providing mentoring opportunities, resources and tax-deductible donations to the orgranizations scholarship and leadership programs.
